Colleen Fuller

Owner and plumber

I answer the phone in the daytime, and I am the one who comes.

I built the field manual because people read it with wet socks on. It is short, in the order you need it, and it starts with the shutoff, because that is the part that saves the floor.

The firm is Rodney Booker and me. There is no dispatcher and no call center. If you call, you reach one of us.

What I do most

  • Burst and leaking pipes
  • Frozen pipes
  • Water heater leaks
  • Shutoff valves that won't turn

The two of us

Who does what

  • Colleen Fuller, days

Owner and plumber. She takes the daytime calls, writes the estimates and does the planned work that follows an emergency.

  • Rodney Booker, nights

Night technician. He takes the night line, makes the first visit and stops the damage. Bigger repairs he leaves for Colleen's daytime visit, with your say.

  • Nobody else

No dispatcher, no call center, no subcontractor in a borrowed shirt. The person on the phone is the person who comes.

In the van

The same van and tools, day or night

Both vans carry shutoff valves, repair couplings, supply lines and the long valve key that reaches a shutoff you can't. The idea is to stop the water on the first visit and leave the rest until you have slept.
