This page says what the site collects, why, and how to ask us to delete it.
What we collect
When you send the contact form, we collect your name, phone number, address or cross street, and the message. When you call or text, we see your number.
What we use it for
We use it to answer you, to come to the job, and to write your estimate and invoice. We do not sell it and we do not share it, except with a supplier when we order a part for your job.
How long we keep it
Job records stay for as long as the work needs a record, such as a warranty question or a permit. Messages that never became a job are deleted on request.
Photos you text us
A photo you send goes to the shop phone. It is used to look at your job and is not posted anywhere.
