Services

What we fix, at 2 a.m. and at 2 p.m.

A small firm does a short list well. Here is the list.

  • Burst and leaking pipes

Copper, galvanized and plastic supply lines, repaired where they failed or replaced back to where they are sound.

  • Frozen pipes

We thaw with the right heat, find where the pipe split, and fix it before the thaw makes it a flood.

  • Water heater leaks

We shut the supply, find out whether it is the tank or a fitting, and tell you whether to repair or replace.

  • Backed-up toilets and drains

A toilet or a fixture drain that won't clear. If the main line is the problem, we tell you and say who to call.

  • Shutoff and stop valves

A main shutoff that won't turn is a flood waiting. We replace it with a lever valve that does.

  • Faucets, toilets and supply lines

The repairs that start the call: a failed hose, a cracked supply line, a toilet that runs.

What we send elsewhere

Whole-house repipes, new construction, sewer lines that need digging, and anything with gas. We say so on the phone and name who to call, so you do not wait for a plumber who cannot help.

Not sure which one you have?

Call and say what you see. We will tell you what it sounds like before anyone drives over.
